The $8000 First Time Home buyer Tax Credit is very attractive to buyers at this time, coupled with great interest rates...what a combination!  Just be aware that if you are planning on using this tax credit, you have to have your home purchased no later than November 30, 2009.  As it takes 30-45 days to close a loan, do the math...is it time to buy now?  November will be a very busy month for lenders and appraisers...Do not wait until the last minute...Start now, and have a stress free time.

First Time home buyers have a good selection of homes to purchase. We are so lucky here in the Cheyenne Wyoming area to see stable employment and affordable housing!
