A Brief Introduction

Harrisonburg Viginia Real Estate agent in Harrisonburg Virginia with RE/MAX Performance Realty - I moved to Harrisonburg in 1980, taking a promotion, and relocation opportunity with my previous employer. After retirement, I received my real estate license. I am married, and found the Shenandoah Valley ideal for raising four children.
I love the change from the hustle and bustle of Illinois. Even with all of the constant growth here, Harrisonburg - Rockingham - Staunton - Augusta - Va is still a rural community.
I was especially impressed with the Harrisonburg City Public Schools, and the schools within the surrounding area. As well as the Universities.
Harrisonburg Virginia is home to James Madison University and Eastern Mennonite University. Just south of Harrisonburg in Rockingham County you will find Bridgewater College in the Town of Bridgewater Virginia.
